About The Role
Are you passionate about optimizing production processes and driving innovation on the factory floor As a Manufacturing Engineer I, you'll play a key role in supporting our Engineering Department to design, implement, and improve systems that ensure reliability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. This is a hands-on role where you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, solve real-world challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that shape the future of our production site.
What You'll Do
- Develop and refine assembly processes, while training operators to achieve high-quality standards.
- Perform High-Level Assembly (HLA) tasks with precision, leveraging your knowledge of technical drawings and procedures.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and maintain accurate records of tools, fixtures, and equipment.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) runs, troubleshoot quality issues, and provide Root Cause & Corrective Action (RCCA) solutions.
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate product performance and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate production line reconfigurations, equipment installations, and workstation setups.
- Champion safety, compliance, and security policies across all activities. Drive continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives to enhance efficiency. Collaborate and communicate effectively with engineers, operators, and leadership teams.

What We're Looking For
- Diploma or higher in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical, or related field).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to process improvement.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Hands-on knowledge of assembly processes, preventive maintenance, and quality improvement methods.
