Job Scope
- Responsible for Setting up, Testing & Commissioning of Industrial Robotic/ Advanced automated machinery
- Ensure manufacturing processes adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide hands-on technical support during assembly and final testing on the production floor. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and R&D, to achieve manufacturing goals.
- Provide technical support to production teams, troubleshoot issues, and develop solutions to minimize downtime and defects.
- Work closely with technicians on machine assembly & Engineering department for design improvements & BOM.
- Implement quality control measures and work on process improvements to meet or exceed product quality standards
- Collaborate with product designers and engineers to ensure that products are designed for efficient and cost-effective manufacturing.
- Comprehend both2D and 3D engineering drawings, manage and revise of BOM.
- Implement quality control measures and work on process improvements to meet or exceed product quality standards.
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or related disciplines
- 0 to 2 years of relevant experiences in Industrial Automation
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and knowledge of manufacturing software tools will be advantageous
