Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years tenure in senior leadership capacities with proven P&L responsibility
Bachelor's degree in Engineering required Master's degree in Engineering (preferred)
Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or equivalent) with demonstrated ability to lead high-level negotiations, conduct strategic discussions, and build executive relationships with Japanese corporate leadership
Comprehensive understanding of AHMS and ASRS solutions, coupled with expertise in business operations management
Sophisticated commercial insight and strategic mindset
Established track record in managing critical situations and resolving organizational conflicts
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to meet with clients, partners, and stakeholders across regional and international markets
