SLINGSHOTZ PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Managing Director to oversee business strategy, operations management, and regional expansion of our amusement ride operations in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business development initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving revenue growth across regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

. Lead overall business operations and strategic planning
. Develop and execute regional growth strategies
. Oversee financial performance and operational efficiency
. Ensure compliance with Singapore safety and regulatory standards
. Manage licensing agreements and partnership negotiations
. Supervise operational risk management and safety protocols
. Lead cross-functional teams and external stakeholders

Requirements

. Minimum 10 years of senior management experience
. Strong experience in operations management and business development
. Proven leadership and strategic planning capabilities
. Experience managing cross-border operations preferred
. Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
