As a subsidiary, Lasertec Singapore supports our customers needs with maintenance service for the mask inspection machines.

We are currently seeking someone to hold the leadership position of Managing Director for the Company.

In this role, your responsibilities are to:

. Develop business plans and strategies.

. Make informed and timely decisions.

. Manage finances, forecast revenue, and maintain cost controls.

. Lead and motivate team of managers and executives.

. Facilitate clear and effective communication within the organization and with external stakeholders.

. Identify and mitigate risks to the organization. Develop and implement risk management strategies.

. Make informed and timely decisions based on data, analysis and strategic objectives.

This role requires you to have:

. Bachelor's/master's degree in business management/administration/engineering or a related field.

. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

. Proficiency in Japanese, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with counterparts in Japan.

. Strong understanding of business operations.

. Excellent leadership, communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of professionals.

. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

. Experience in developing and implementing business strategies.
