Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of all barbershop locations
- Develop and execute business strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets
- Manage and lead store managers, barbers, and support staff
- Ensure consistent service quality and customer satisfaction across all outlets
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Drive marketing initiatives and brand positioning
- Identify expansion opportunities, including new locations and partnerships
- Maintain compliance with local regulations, health, and safety standards
- Build a strong company culture and promote staff development and retention
Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior management role (Managing Director, General Manager, or similar)
- Experience in the grooming, beauty, hospitality, or retail industry preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of business operations, financial management, and P&L responsibility
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and hands-on environment
