Project Director (HDB project)
Responsible for the overall leadership, strategic direction, and successful delivery of construction projects, with a strong focus on HDB developments. Oversees the full project lifecycle-from planning and design coordination to execution and handover-ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, quality standards, budget, and timelines.
Acts as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and authorities, driving project performance while upholding safety and operational excellence. Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities are essential to ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Leadership & Strategic Oversight
Lead and manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
- Client, Authority & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the key liaison with clients (including HDB), consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Cost, Budget & Contract Management
Oversee project financial performance, ensuring cost control and contractual compliance.
- Schedule & Delivery Management
Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines through effective planning and execution.
- Quality, Safety & Regulatory Compliance
Uphold high standards of quality and ensure full compliance with HDB, BCA, and WSH requirements.
- Team Leadership & Resource Management
Build, lead, and manage high-performing project teams, including consultants and subcontractors.
