Lead the daily operations of a wellness shop by managing staff, optimizing customer service, and maintaining inventory and safety standards to drive business excellence and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day shop operations by scheduling staff, managing appointments, and ensuring efficient customer flow to maximize operational effectiveness
- Recruit, train, and supervise therapists to build a skilled team that consistently meets defined quality and service standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving client complaints and implementing feedback-driven improvements to enhance satisfaction
- Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, coordinating ordering, and tracking supplies to maintain uninterrupted service delivery
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene protocols by training staff on sanitation procedures and overseeing equipment maintenance to ensure compliance
