Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Lead, supervise, and motivate teaching and administrative staff
- Ensure delivery of high-quality educational programmes in line with company standards
- Plan schedules, training, and performance evaluations
- Manage budget, expenses, and resource allocation
- Implement marketing and outreach initiatives to promote the business
- Prepare reports and updates for senior management
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
