Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure competitive remuneration frameworks and benefit suites that balance global consistency with local Singapore market dynamics.
- Spearhead the rollout of Global Job Architecture and pay transparency protocols to develop trust and internal fairness.
- Own the annual merit cycle, variable pay structures, and benchmarking activities to ensure market leadership.
- Collaborate with functional heads to pinpoint capability gaps, oversee the training budget, and launch high-impact upskilling initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, conducting sessions on reward philosophy, performance culture, and pay equity.
- Guarantee strict adherence to Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, tax laws, and PDPA data privacy standards.
- Transform complex compensation and learning metrics into strategic narratives that guide executive decision-making.
The Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years specialising in Compensation & Benefits, with experience managing Learning & Development functions or budgets.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Singapore employment legislation, statutory requirements, and regional market practices.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. Professional designations (e.g., WorldatWork CCP, SHRM) are a strong plus.
- Strong influencing skills and can navigate matrix organizations effectively.
- Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential for regional stakeholder engagement.
