Position: Manager, Sustainability & Product Development (x2)
Salary: Up to $8,000/month
Work Location: Central
Working Hours Mon-Thurs: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM Fri: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

1 Corporate Strategy & Initiatives

• Develop and implement group-level strategies in asset benchmarking, asset branding, building sustainability, and innovation.

• Drive sustainability integration across the portfolio to align with corporate vision and long-term objectives.

• Lead change management efforts to ensure cross-functional alignment and successful rollout of high-impact initiatives.

• Engage Board, Management, and staff through structured communication of strategic objectives.

2 Product Design & Development

Prepare comprehensive design briefs for development and Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI), incorporating:

• Stakeholder requirements

• Sustainability principles

• Placemaking strategies

• Portfolio-wide design consistency

Oversee design management for AEI and development projects across:

• Office

• Retail

• Hospitality

• Residential

Collaborate with consultants, authorities, and government agencies to ensure regulatory compliance and project objectives are met.

Develop and maintain an internal design benchmarking database to support long-term portfolio standards and knowledge retention.
