Lendlease Singapore is looking for an experienced
Tenancy Design Manager / Assistant Manger to be based in PLQ (Paya Lebar Quarter).
About The Role
- Ensuring that all shops/units are fitted and fully operational by the opening date. Focus is on the management of the tenant relationship, ensuring construction and design compliance to the mall guidelines
- Propose business driven solutions, on-site store delivery, and minimization of downtime of works to achieve the operational of business.
- Working closely with respective departments relating to the design and delivery process. over to tenant by the agreed timeline.
- Compliance with the company's policies, safety requirement and procedures.
- You are to contribute to engineering assignments which may include undertaking site inspections and relevant research to support engineering strategies and policies, and /or may include design, procurement and or performing and collating surveys, to implement and support engineering solutions and contribute to achievement of client requirements.
- Coordinate with the tenant and the local authorities to obtain permits and approval of works associated with the tenancy.
- Contribute to aspects and/or phases of design processes and identifying potential issues for the attention of senior staff, and / or prepare technical and/or structural drawings as directed which may involve utilising contemporary Computer Aided Design (CAD) software technology.
- Provide technical assistance and perform administrative and logistical activities, which may include undertaking analysis and preparing plans and reports to support environmental engineering operations and decision making and / or engineering projects.
- Preparation of design schedules and the implementation of effective document control as directed, ensuring alignment with company procedures and compliance with applicable standards.

- Ensure proper documentation, including permits, risk assessments, and method statements, is submitted and approved prior to commencement of works.
About You
To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have;
- Relevant tertiary qualifications architectural and/or Interior design related discipline, combined with a demonstrable intermediate level of role knowledge.
- Have experience in using technical design tools and/or software packages which may include Computer Aided Design (CAD) software and drafting techniques, Autodesk Architectural Desktop, word-processing and spreadsheet packages, and or/basic knowledge of Construction and Property Development industries, and/or basic knowledge of general building design and construction principles.
- Minimum 5 - 10 years of progressive and successful experience in managing Retail project management of buildings and facilities ideally in Regional Shopping Mall / retail development company or in a similar role, with experience in F&B and Retails
