Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Fundraising and Strategic Growth
- Work closely with the Executive Director to develop multi-year strategies to deliver and grow fundraising
- Achieving minimum financial target
- Securing new opportunities to grow all fundraising programmes including appeals, corporate, individual giving, major donors, regular donors, community fundraising, trusts and foundations
- Design and test new fundraising trends, campaigns and unexplored fundraising avenues
- Secure funding to achieve strategic projects as outlined in the strategic plans
- Track and report on strategic initiatives, outcomes, and growth indicators to senior leadership
- Prepare, write, and submit grant and funding applications, including development of compelling grant proposals and supporting documentation.
2. Partnerships
- Build and manage brand-aligned corporate and ecosystem partnerships that support Limitless mission and programmes
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and creative partners as required
3. Other Responsibilities
- Undertake any other duties or responsibilities as may be assigned by Management from time to time, in line with organisational needs and the scope of the role.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Related Discipline or Equivalent
- Excellent time management skills & able to manage multi-task & meet deadlines
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Dynamic, quick thinking, adaptable & responsive to change
- A team player, analytical, meticulous, resourceful with good interpersonal skills & strong verbal & written communications
- Able to handle sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
