The Programme Office, Social Sustainability Division (SSD) plays a pivotal role in building and sustaining strong relationships with corporate partners to drive impactful volunteering opportunities. As a Manager, you will support the team in promoting the programme and its benefits, recruiting companies to adopt volunteering as a business practice, and ensuring the corporate stakeholders remain engaged and satisfied with the programme.
Key Responsibilities
1.Programme development, organisation and implementation:
- Develop, design and execute outreach events, projects and activities with clear goals and purpose aligned to SSD KPIs, set well defined parameters and ownership of project outcomes.
- Proactively plan, lead and deliver additional programme initiatives and ideas to further enhance attainment of strategic goals and actions
2.Seek and build partnership opportunities:
- Work closely with Head of Programme to strategise and develop action plans that facilitate SSD to seek out and enrol organisations and partners with matching needs and mindsets
- Support building, enlarging and extending collaboration opportunities and relationships with organizations
3.Reporting and budget management:
- Manage and produce regular updates and key reports to various stakeholder groups
- Manage and monitor budget allocated for programme activities and initiatives ensuring it follows guidelines, processes and SOPs, cost effective implementation and required documentation.
- Track and report programme performance, goals and KPIs
- Oversee the integrity, accuracy and currency of database
4.Research, Data Collection and Analysis:
- Track, monitor and oversee the collection of outcomes, data and information of programs, projects and surveys/studies undertaken
- Analyse and use data/information insights to build better understanding of the challenges and dynamics of the operating environment
- Turn insights and experience gathered to build knowledge base and best practices in support of SSD's overall strategic goals.
5.Continuous Learning, Advocacy and Thought Leadership:
- Stay current and relevant with developments in Social Sustainability, specifically in the areas of corporate volunteering and inclusive hiring.
- Co-develop themes, thought leadership topics and social sustainability best practices
Requirements
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Relevant certifications in CSR or Sustainability would bare an advantage.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in corporate engagement, CSR, or business development, with a strong track record in building strategic partnerships.
- Experience in working with senior corporate leaders and aligning impact programmes with business objectives.
- Proven success in designing and delivering marketing and outreach campaigns, ideally in a social impact or corporate volunteering context.
- Strong analytical skills to support data-driven decision-making and impact reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect effectively across diverse stakeholders.
