Take lead in execution of Market / Rental Values of all types of properties for various financial institutions, government agencies and corporate clients
Able to do indicatives, inspections, data searching and/or derivative valuation
To be involved in business development and other initiative work that may be required
Undertake portfolio work and non-standard/ specialized valuations (where required)
Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Director/ Deputy Director
Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes in building up a Safety Culture
Cross-sell other teams capabilities when the opportunity arises
Undertake signing of reports, managing juniors and handle all related issues/ matters
Provide guidance and coordinate junior team members in their task distribution (where required).
Provide guidance and manage interns (if required) and handle all operational related issues/ matters
Requirements
5-10 years of relevant experience
Degree in real estate or equivalent
Member of SISV and an licensed appraiser
Undertake signing of reports, managing juniors and handle all related issues/ matters
Demonstrated problem solving and organizational skills and ability to handle pressure
