Drive financial performance & procurement
Develop and manage annual budgets to operate Centres within the costs allocated.
Track and feedback partner/supplier performance covered under centralised procurement.
Responsible for purchases, supplier selection & renewals for decentralised procurement.
Drive cost savings initiatives to achieve profitability per training place targets.
Escalate contractual and performance issues with internal stakeholders.
Manage class operation
s Oversee On-site preparations for classes to start on time. e.g. room layout, LGs, etc
. Oversee On-site post-class activities e.g. batching, attendances, document archival, etc
. Engage Digital Pre-Course to ensure prompt delivery of courseware and refreshments
. Engage Digital Post-Course to ensure attendances and results are captured
. Timely issue of class consumables, safety passes and replenish inventory stock
. Ensure all SOPs are complied with to meet funding agency audit requirements
. Facilitate monthly audits and review with funding agencies (if any)
.
Ensure regulatory complian
ce Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements from funding agencies to conduct classe
s. Ensure compliance with facility regulations e.g. SCDF permits, BCA licenses et
c. Ensure certified training equipment are used. e.g. mannequins for first aid course
s.
Maintain the infrastruct
ure Oversee the maintenance and repair of facilities e.g. classrooms, projectors, e
tc. Ensure a well-planned maintenance program for various assets such as tables and chai
rs. Coordinate with IT for the smooth operation of technological resourc
es.
Workplace Health and Sa
fety Track and report all near-misses, injuries and fatalities within the facil
ity. Achieve LTI (Lost Time Injuries) and LTIFR (Lost Time Injuries Frequency Rate) tar
get.
Customer Exper
ience Elevate customer experience with increased engagement at various touchpo
ints. Mitigate customer complaints and manage service recove
ries.
Manage stakeh
olders Conduct monthly business reviews with respective Heads of Products and/or Opera
tions. Present monthly statistics to management at operations and management confer
ences. Develop plans to increase facility flexibility to run new and different type of co
urses. Review feedback from internal stakeholders on operational improve
ments. Work with product divisions and sales to understand forecasted business l
evels. Establish and strengthen long-term stakeholder relation
ships.

Manage a team of Operations Executives (OE) to ensure tasks are completed
on-time. Define common goals, direction and account
ability. Oversee talent, performance management and manpower planning for the dep
artment.- Conduct manpower resource planning based on business and demand
analyses- Manage the recruitment and selection of n
ew staff- Develop staff through ongoing coaching, mentoring and career di
scussion- Create succession planning and long-term resourcing across the orga

Requ
irements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a rela
ted field. Proven experience in managing Operations or Training Centre-related roles or a rel
ated field Strong financial acumen and budget manageme
nt skills. Good organisational, leadership and negotiation
abilities. Good stakeholder engagement and relationship m
anagement. Good communication and presentati
on skills. Self-starter and entrepreneurial, able to roll up sleeves and work in a fast-paced en
vironment. Experience in the use of visualisation tools such as Power BI o
r Tableau. Experience in the use of Microsoft Power Platforms (Power Automate, Power Apps, Sh
arePoint). Experience in the application of Lean or Six Sigma to improve eff
