Job Description

As a Client Solutions Manager, you will support operational execution, campaign performance, and client engagement for a major e-commerce marketplace account.

You will partner closely with internal sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality advertising solutions, ensure operational hygiene, and drive measurable business impact.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Analyze client situations and recommend integrated marketing and advertising strategies.
  • Use data, insights, and market intelligence to identify opportunities and guide campaign implementation.
  • Serve as a product consultant, educating clients on digital advertising solutions and driving adoption.
  • Drive product innovation internally by sharing market trends and client needs with cross-functional teams.
  • Plan media and creative structures; oversee campaign execution to meet business objectives.
  • Establish measurement frameworks, track performance, and deliver analytical insights on effectiveness.
  • Monitor budget spend, maintain performance dashboards, and propose real-time optimization strategies.
  • Collaborate with Client Partners to exceed sales and yield goals for assigned accounts.
  • Ensure operational excellence through rigorous project management and stakeholder coordination.
  • Troubleshoot issues, address policy violations, and support account configuration and operational workflows.
  • Build strong relationships with both client and agency stakeholders at various levels.
  • Work closely with cross-regional and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
