Key Responsibilities

  • Lead quality and standards programmes, including GOEM, SLA, and VOC initiatives.
  • Oversee and coordinate all audits (internal, external, regulatory), ensuring readiness, disciplined execution, and timely, effective closure of findings.
  • Act as the central point of accountability for external audit management, ensuring clear governance, strong audit narratives, and confidence in SG Hub's compliance posture.
  • Maintain and govern audit schedules, certification calendars, and regulatory commitments, ensuring no gaps in preparedness or oversight.
  • Drive consistency in audit responses, evidence management, and corrective action quality across functions.
  • Manage day-to-day quality operations to ensure robust control, compliance and execution of quality standards at SG Hub
  • Review and challenge investigation reports, RCAs, and CAPA plans to ensure completeness, effectiveness, sustainability and prevention of recurrence, not just closure.
  • Monitor CAPA implementation and closure timeliness, ensuring actions translate into real operational improvements.
  • Develop and own quality KPIs and dashboards to monitor operational and audit performance.
  • Track key metrics such as compliance rate, performance fulfilment rate, CAPA closure effectiveness and timeliness, audit scores and finding trends to ensure performance visibility.
  • Generate regular quality performance reports, highlighting risks, trends, gaps, and required interventions for management decision-making, prioritization and continuous improvement at the hub
  • Establish monthly cadences with stakeholders to verify compliance with quality standards and resolve operational gaps.
  • Engage senior leadership with clear, concise insights on quality risks, regulatory exposure, and performance implications.
  • Coordinate Quality Team involvement in tabletop exercises, emergency preparedness activities, and business continuity activities to ensure quality controls and governance are validated for operational resilience.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations Management, Aviation Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Quality Management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity within a complex operational environment for the senior role.
  • Certified Quality Manager and/or Lead Auditor (ISO 9001 or other relevant standards).
  • Strong expertise in Quality Management Systems QMS (ISO 9001, ISAGO, HACCP, GDP, or equivalent regulatory frameworks).
  • Proven experience in developing and managing QMS frameworks and quality assurance policies, including audit governance, certification management, and management review processes.
  • Strong ability to drive internal and external quality assurance through effective processes and procedures, with experience in managing audits, preparing audit reports, and rectifying non-compliances.
  • Strong analytical capability with the ability to convert quality and audit data into performance insights and improvement actions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills, including engagement with senior leadership and regulators.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and drive a strong quality culture that supports operational excellence.
  • Strategic, self-driven and resilient, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
