We offer a wide range of training programmes for adult learners to enhance their employability, and partner the industry closely in workforce development.
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Portfolio & Product Management to drive SP's CET product strategy and portfolio performance. This role plays a pivotal part in shaping SP's CET competitiveness and strengthening our national contribution to workforce development.
[What you will be working on]
- Develop, maintain and implement SP's CET Product & Portfolio Framework across Schools.
- Lead the design and development of Signature Programmes that differentiate SP in the CET landscape.
- Drive business case development, internal buy-in and go-to-market efforts.
- Conduct competitor analyses and market scans.
- Identify new CET product opportunities and validate concepts through pilots.
- Strengthen launch viability through data-driven insights and demand validation.
- Ensure course viability and compliance with SSG guidelines.
- Monitor dashboards, enrolment funnels, course quality feedback, and conversion metrics to improve product outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholder to ensure smooth development, launch and performance of new CET courses.
- Engage employers, TACs, industry associations and agencies to strengthen co-creation and validation.
[What we are looking for]
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in product management, CET/higher education, consulting, strategy, or L&D (8 years preferred).
- Experience in analysing markets, defining product strategy and leading cross-functional initiatives without formal authority.
- Familiarity with the CET sector and SSG frameworks is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing abilities.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing multiple complex projects.
- Experience with agile, design thinking or innovation methodologies preferred.
