About The Role
The Administration & Corporate Records and Information Services (A&CRIS) division governs and manages knowledge services to EDB.
We are seeking an experienced knowledge management professional with good strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills to enhance EDB&aposs knowledge management practices. You will work closely with various teams to implement and improve knowledge management initiatives.
[What you will be working on]
As a Manager of Knowledge Services, you will implement and maintain EDB&aposs knowledge and records management systems to ensure organisational knowledge is effectively captured, shared, and utilised. Working closely with divisions across EDB, you will drive good information management practices to support operational excellence and assist with Board Secretariat functions.
Your Key Responsibilities Include
Enable effective knowledge sharing across EDB by:
- Managing and enhancing knowledge repositories and collaboration platforms
- Implementing knowledge capture and transfer processes
- Supporting divisions in documenting best practices and lessons learned
- Working with IT and stakeholders to improve knowledge sharing tools
- Developing guidelines and training materials
Oversee Records Management Through
- Managing physical and digital records lifecycle
- Maintaining proper classification and access controls
- Ensuring compliance with government policies
- Coordinating regular file reviews and proper disposal
- Implementing system improvements for records management
Support Board Secretariat Functions Including
- Coordinating quarterly Board meetings and logistics
- Assisting with Board papers preparation
- Managing Board-related records
- Supporting other Board administrative matters
[What we are looking for]
To meet the challenges of this role, you must have/be:
- Degree in any discipline; knowledge management or records management background is a plus
- 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, records management, or related fields
- Experience in government records management would be an advantage
- Good stakeholder management and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
