Responsibilities
- Lead the development of comprehensive project plans, incorporating timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Drive execution across all phases to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring responsible allocation and usage.
- Identify and implement cost-efficiency measures without compromising quality.
- Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals with business needs.
- Provide clear, consistent updates and resolve issues promptly.
- Lead the selection, evaluation, and performance management of vendors and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and delivery standards.
- Proactively identify project risks and dependencies.
- Develop and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
Requirements
Requirement
- A recognized Degree in Engineering/Building Services/Real Estate related disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in AEI project management
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
- Effective Communication
- Good team player with high level of initiative, hands-on, resourceful and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated, positive, driven and willing to learn
