About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join as a Manager / Senior Manager, Human Capital Management. In this role, you will lead key human capital initiatives and partner closely with business leaders to support organisational growth and strategic objectives.

Toa Payoh Central, Singapore
Employment Type:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute manpower strategies to ensure timely recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
- Partner with department heads to identify manpower needs and manage workforce planning budgets
- Review and enhance job grading structures and salary frameworks to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity
- Drive the review and alignment of HR policies and procedures to meet business, audit, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and continuously improve HR processes and systems for operational efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address workforce challenges and improve employee experience
- Lead or participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in healthcare or service-related industries
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management
- Proficient in HR systems and familiar with AI-driven HR tools
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams
- Strong writing and presentation skills with keen attention to detail
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
