We are seeking an experienced HRM Transformation Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives in a fast-paced, regulated environment. This role partners closely with HR, technology, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and high-impact HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of HR transformation initiatives, including HRIS implementation, process optimisation, digital HR solutions, and operating model redesign
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment across HR, technology, operations, and business teams
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines in a structured and proactive manner
- Ensure solutions meet organisational, compliance, and regulatory requirements, particularly within controlled environments
- Drive change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption strategies
- Establish delivery governance, monitor progress, and ensure operational readiness for successful implementation
Requirements
- 4-8 years of experience delivering HR transformation or HR technology initiatives within enterprise environments
- Strong background in HR processes such as employee lifecycle, payroll, performance management, and talent development
- Experience with HR systems is highly preferred
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and engage senior stakeholders across HR and business functions
- Solid understanding of delivery governance, dependency management, and change management practices
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
