Responsibilities
- Partnering with business leaders to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions
- Overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Handle employee payrolls.
- Foreign employee work pass application.
- Providing guidance on employment law and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Administering employee benefits and compensation programs
- Driving employee engagement and wellness initiatives
- Maintaining accurate HR records and reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR Specialist or Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility
- Proficient in QuickHR systems and data analysis
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- A collaborative and solutions-oriented mindset
