TheNUHS Group Communications Office drives communications strategies and projects at the cluster level for the National University Health System (NUHS). We seek an experienced communications professional with strong writing ability, a strategic mindset, and an understanding of branding, marketing and communications to join our team to support NUHS vision as Singapore's Academic Health System in shaping medicine and transforming care. He/she must also be experienced in leading projects with multiple stakeholders and a strong team player.
TheManager/ Senior Manager, Group Communications will support the full spectrum of communications projects, events and activities as part of the cluster Marketing Communications track. He/she will lead assigned projects, events or activities, and work with other cluster/institution communication teams and/or internal stakeholders within NUHS and with external stakeholders like ministries, partners, vendors and sponsors to execute 360° marketing and branding campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Communications
- Oversee the development and execution of marketing, branding and integrated communications strategies, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and brand standards.
- Lead cross-functional coordination, driving collaboration and alignment to ensure timely, consistent and effective rollout of campaigns across multiple channels.
- Direct the monitoring, analysis and evaluation of campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimise ongoing initiatives and shape future communication strategies.
- Strategic oversight for content creation, guiding the development, writing and editing of speeches, web content, print materials, social media assets and other communication platforms.
- Partner with and advise internal stakeholders, offering communications leadership and support for key initiatives, events and organisational activities.
Events Management
- Oversee the planning, coordination and delivery of events, including steering the programme, logistics management, stakeholder and guest engagement, vendor oversight, production of event collaterals, and on‑site execution for a seamless end‑to‑end experience.
- Lead post‑event processes, including follow‑up with stakeholders, documentation of outcomes, and evaluation to inform improvements for future events.
Brand Management
- Oversee cluster‑wide corporate and branding initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organisation's strategic priorities and brand positioning.
- Engage and partner with diverse internal stakeholders to maintain consistent corporate identity and messaging across all communications touchpoints, and ensuring adherence to relevant healthcare regulations, compliance requirements and industry standards.
- Strategic oversight for brand and marketing outputs, reviewing and approving marketing/branding collaterals, newsletters, event videos and digital content to meet corporate branding guidelines and visual identity standards.
Administrative
- Undertake secretariat and administrative duties as required.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Communications, Marketing or similar discipline
- 6 to 10 years experience of relevant working experience
- Strong ability in copywriting, speech writing, business writing and developing content for various communication platforms.
- Solid experience across marketing communications functions, including events management, publicity, branding and campaign execution.
- Proven track record in managing and supporting communications projects and events with multiple stakeholders, delivering quality outcomes under tight timelines.
- Regularly keeps up with emerging marketing trends, new communication ideas and industry best practices.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe PDF tools.
- Partner diverse groups of stakeholders to ensure aligned messaging and smooth project coordination.
- A reliable team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and contributing positively to cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrates clear, confident communication and the ability to influence and support peers, partners and senior stakeholders.
