Job Description

What The Role Is

The Senior Manager/Manager (Corporate Administration), as part of the Corporate Administration team, is responsible for overseeing critical administrative and Facility Management functions to ensure smooth operations, sustainability, and risk management across the organization. You may also be tasked to drive projects that are aligned with the organizational-wide strategic initiatives.

What You Will Be Working On

Facility Management: Oversee facilities and office maintenance, SCDF compliance, CCTV systems and office space planning.

Sustainability Initiatives: Drive GreenMark certification, implement workplace sustainability initiatives, monitor energy/waste metrics, and align with national sustainability goals.

Procurement & Finance: Lead procurement processes, oversee contracts and records management, and ensure financial compliance.

Office Operations: Handle visitors and security access, office equipment and supplies

Business Continuity & Risk: Develop risk management frameworks, conduct fire drills and tabletop exercises, and plan for risks (fire, haze, pandemic, terrorism).

Stakeholder Management: Establish workflows, manage user requests, resolve conflicts, and coordinate communications across divisions.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking candidates with the following attributes and skills:

  • Preferred course of study in Accountancy, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Environmental Studies, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in corporate administration and/or facility management.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement, contracts, financial controls, and government procedures.
  • Experience in sustainability initiatives, GreenMark certification, and environmental compliance will be advantageous.
  • Familiarity with business continuity planning and risk frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in digital platforms (FormSG, portals, e‑invoicing) is preferred.
