The Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager/Lead with deep manufacturing industry expertise. You will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and strategic account growth within the manufacturing sector across the Asia region. Your primary mission is to translate our AI offerings and IIoT platform's technical capabilities into tangible business value for manufacturers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the manufacturing segment

Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise-level deals with manufacturing companies (e.g., discrete, process, hybrid).

Build strong, consultative relationships with C-level and operational executives (e.g. Digital Transformation Head, Head of Manufacturing, VP of Operations, Plant Directors).

Articulate the value proposition of our offerings in the context of manufacturing pain points: OEE, predictive maintenance, quality control, supply chain visibility, and energy management.

Lead complex sales cycles, work closely with technical pre-sales support and solutions architect in pursuit and proposal phase.

Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management in CRM.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of B2B enterprise software/technology sales experience, with a proven track record.

Domain Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, KPIs, and challenges. Direct experience selling into manufacturing facilities is essential.

Ability to speak the lingua franca of manufacturing (e.g., lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, PLC/SCADA systems, production scheduling, asset management).

Experience selling complex SaaS/PaaS solutions, preferably IoT, Data Analytics, MES, or Automation platforms.

Strong hunter mentality with proven ability to open new logos.

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.

Willingness to travel across the Asia region as required (20-40%).
