Manager/Senior Manager, AI Governance and Enablement

One of the key enablers in our pursuit of excellence is the effective use of Artificial Intelligence to allow us to better serve our customers and to continuously improve operations. While some of our AI applications may be built in-house, Changi Airport Group (CAG) recognises that to quickly proliferate AI into many application areas and tap on the expertise of many matured market players out there, buying and the smart adoption of AI solutions (vis--vis building in-house) will be a significant thrust in our AI strategy.

AI Governance and Enablement is set up for this purpose to build an AI Smart Adoption capability for CAG, so that CAG may adopt AI at scale and exploit AI solutions while managing associated risks.

Your role:

• Develop & oversee AI governance (including robotic and autonomous vehicle governance) policies and processes to ensure safe & responsible adoption of AI
• Upskill & educate CAG staff to raise AI competencies and realise AI smart adoption capability
• Keep abreast of AI industrial trends and products to support the development of AI strategy, and introduce solutions to business units, where applicable.

Who you are:

• Degree(s) in AI, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or any related discipline.
• 6+ years professional experience in related field.
• Candidates with a mix of experience in technical AI works (i.e. AI model developments) and soft AI works (e.g. AI strategy, AI governance) will be preferred.
• Familiar with various AI/ML areas, including Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Reinforcement learning, traditional machine learning, Robust AI, Responsible AI, etc.
• Familiar with AI development tools and frameworks including Python, Tensorflow, PyTorch, etc.
• Experience in working with AI solution providers and AI professional bodies.
• Strong leader with good communication skills
