Job Description

Overview

This role provides critical operational support, governance, and project management, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of key initiatives such as APAC segmentation cycles, roster management, and strategic projects. Partnering closely with regional and global stakeholders, the role is instrumental in reducing administrative burden on sales teams, enhancing data integrity across core systems (e.g. Salesforce, CASE), and ensuring disciplined execution of functional priorities through coordination, rigor, and governance.

Role

Project Management, Governance & Execution

  • Provide PMO and governance support across sales initiatives, managing timelines, delivery cadence, and cross-functional dependencies to ensure alignment with strategic milestones.
  • Track progress across multiple workstreams, proactively identifying risks, issues, and dependencies, while maintaining leadership visibility through governance artifacts such as cadence decks, trackers, and risk logs.
  • Lead and manage recurring PMO governance forums, prioritisation sessions, and working meetings.

APAC Segmentation & Data Governance

  • Lead end-to-end execution of APAC segmentation cycles (bi-annual), ensuring Salesforce and CASE readiness, accurate data validation, timely system intake, and issue resolution.
  • Coordinate closely with Sales Strategy, Support, Performance, and regional leaders to improve data quality, reduce rework, and safeguard delivery of future segmentation models.
  • Support sellers during segmentation cycles with hands-on execution and troubleshooting to ensure accurate seller and account assignments at scale.

APAC White Paper Management

  • Support the development of the APAC White Paper, coordinating inputs across regions, functions, and global stakeholders to ensure consistency, completeness, and alignment.
  • Consolidate insights, data, and narratives into executive-ready materials, highlighting key themes, challenges, and opportunities across APAC.
  • Manage timelines, version control, and review cycles, ensuring delivery meets leadership and governance expectations.
  • Prepare summaries, extracts, and supporting materials for leadership review and communication.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Act as the primary APAC liaison for global initiatives, aligning regional requirements, resolving data issues, and ensuring process and system consistency.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to align governance cadence, delivery timelines, and dependencies across shared initiatives.
  • Ensure consistent, clear, and timely stakeholder communication to drive accountability and milestone delivery.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or any related discipline.
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in hospitality or related commercial / sales operations roles.
  • Working experience with sales systems such as Salesforce, Delphi, CASE, or equivalent platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with execution discipline.
  • Experience handling large-scale, data-driven initiatives, governance documentation, and leadership reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
