Product Owner (Banking & Digital Transformation)

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage product backlog drive Agile delivery with cross-functional teams
• Gather and translate business & regulatory requirements into solutions
• Lead digital initiatives across payments, wealth, and banking platforms
• Work closely with stakeholders across Business, Tech, Risk, and Compliance
• Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks (MAS, HKMA, BCBS 239)
• Drive customer experience improvements and process automation

Key Requirements

• 10+ years in banking / financial services
• Strong experience in Business Analysis & Product Ownership
• Domain expertise in Payments / Wealth / Capital Markets
• Hands-on Agile (Scrum/JIRA) experience
• Exposure to regulatory and data governance programs
• Strong stakeholder management skills
