About the Role

This is a new and critical role within the Company. You will be instrumental in defining and scaling our sales enablement strategy, ensuring our commercial teams are equipped with the insights, tools, and materials they need to close deals and position our products effectively across the market.

As the Sales Strategist Manager, you will be the bridge between our trade marketing strategy and our commercial success. Reporting to Senior Manager, Trade Development, you will be responsible for arming our sales teams with consistent, compelling, and effective resources that articulate our unique value proposition and accelerate the sales cycle.

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, deep market understanding, and hands-on execution in developing high-impact sales tools and content.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Tool and Content Development

  • Produce Core Sales Assets: Develop and maintain a repository of best-in-class sales materials, including GTM (Go-to-Market) decks, one-pagers, solution guides, and product playbooks.
  • Package Solutions: Own the process of (re-)packaging our complex offerings (e.g., cross-platform, tactical sales products) into clear, sellable, and compelling solutions for the commercial team.
  • Case Study Management: Drive the creation, development, and maintenance of a robust case study repository, working with internal teams to highlight successful client partnerships and measurable results.
  • Quarterly Enablement Toolkit: Create and distribute a regular sales enablement toolkit (quarterly or as needed) to ensure the sales teams are always up-to-date on new products, insights, and selling best practices.

Insight and Strategy

  • Build Vertical Playbooks & Insights: Work with data and insights teams to develop vertical-specific playbooks and insights reports that equip sales teams with in-depth knowledge of key sectors and client challenges.
  • Sales Narrative Consistency: Ensure consistency in the company's story, messaging, and visual identity across all sales materials and pitch decks, equipping the team on the right way to tell the story to maximise impact.
  • Market Intelligence: Translate complex market data, audience insights, and competitive intelligence into simple, digestible, and actionable talking points and materials for the sales team.

Requirements

  • Experience: 58 years of B2B marketing, product marketing, or sales enablement experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Preferred experience in the media, publishing, ad-tech, or adjacent industries, with a strong understanding of the advertising/agency ecosystem in Singapore/Southeast Asia.
  • Strategic & Analytical Skill: Ability to translate complex data and insights into clear, persuasive sales narratives and tangible commercial tools.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables, and stakeholders simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior internal stakeholders.
  • Tool Proficiency: Expertise in creating visually compelling and effective presentations (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides).
  • Basic Design: Ensure good data visualisation and consistency in materials
