Responsibilities:
- To communicate with Bank HO in Japan members via e-mail and online meetings in Japanese.
- To discuss every concern regarding the project with the Japanese Project Manager.
- As PMO, support PM with creating documents, facilitate session and so on.
- Support to manage project lifecycle, from requirement, design, technical construction, testing, acceptance, training, documentation and implementation, in accordance with the Project Management Process and Methodology.
- Understanding for business requirements, and system architecture and system design.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability, ensuring solid cross functional teamwork and alignment to project goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Business-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1 or equivalent), with solid reading, writing, and speaking skills to communicate with Bank HQ members in Japan via email and online meetings
- To discuss every concern regarding the project with the Japanese Project Manager.
- Around 4 to 5 years of working experience in project management.
- Quick understanding of banking operations such as loans, deposits, accounting, and customer information systems, as well as banking systems and IT.
- Banking, or financial experience not required.
Nice to have:
- Knowledge and experience in multiple areas among the six listed above
- Experience in multinational projects or working in global teams
- Experience IT project manager or project management office.
- Understanding the overview or experience in at least two of the following areas:
- Foreign Exchange (FX)
- Money Market (MM)
- Derivatives (Mainly, Interest Rate Swap / Cross Currency Swap)
- Bonds
- FAST/GIRO Payment
- XB/MEPS Payment
- Skilled in creating clear and professional business flow diagrams and system configuration diagrams using tools such as PowerPoint and Excel, excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
