Job Responsibilities

As a Manager, Sales & Customer Success, you will play a key role in driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions and services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales, business development, and customer engagement initiatives to support the Group's growth objectives

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

  • Serve as the main point of contact for major accounts and high-impact projects

  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer retention, client satisfaction, and account growth, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities

  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to deliver value-based outcomes

  • Prepare and submit high-quality proposals for tenders and projects

  • Develop impactful PowerPoint presentations and deliver persuasive presentations to clients and stakeholders

  • Lead negotiations and manage commercial discussions for high-value and complex contracts

  • Analyse business opportunities, customer needs, and market trends to support strategic decision-making

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction

  • Continuously review processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational and commercial performance

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Advanced Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in sales, business development, account management, or customer success

  • Prior experience in the security industry will be an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong passion for sales, business development, and customer engagement

  • Proven ability to build trust-based relationships and manage key stakeholder accounts

  • Good understanding of customer success strategies, including client retention and account growth

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organisational levels

  • Good analytical, commercial, and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience in preparing tenders, proposals, and business presentations

  • Strong negotiation skills, particularly in handling large-scale and high-value contracts
