As a Manager, Sales & Customer Success, you will play a key role in driving business growth, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring successful delivery of solutions and services to clients.
Drive sales, business development, and customer engagement initiatives to support the Group's growth objectives
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
Serve as the main point of contact for major accounts and high-impact projects
Identify opportunities to enhance customer retention, client satisfaction, and account growth, including upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Develop and execute customer success strategies to deliver value-based outcomes
Prepare and submit high-quality proposals for tenders and projects
Develop impactful PowerPoint presentations and deliver persuasive presentations to clients and stakeholders
Lead negotiations and manage commercial discussions for high-value and complex contracts
Analyse business opportunities, customer needs, and market trends to support strategic decision-making
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
Continuously review processes and recommend improvements to enhance operational and commercial performance
Advanced Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in sales, business development, account management, or customer success
Prior experience in the security industry will be an added advantage
Strong passion for sales, business development, and customer engagement
Proven ability to build trust-based relationships and manage key stakeholder accounts
Good understanding of customer success strategies, including client retention and account growth
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organisational levels
Good analytical, commercial, and problem-solving abilities
Experience in preparing tenders, proposals, and business presentations
Strong negotiation skills, particularly in handling large-scale and high-value contracts
