- Leads the account management team to service direct clients for group employee benefits scheme.
- Engage and build strong relationship with Banca and Affinity business partners for new business and products strategies.
- Support and supervise new business opportunities and renewal review in accordance to business underwriting, risk management guidelines;
- Ensure the team review and process renewal of policies within the timeline incorporated in the workflow
- Ensure services level commitments are meet for direct clients and business partners. KPIs for service level are incorporate in performance review
- Require to coordinate and work with internal stakeholders on placement of policy renewal, claims management and credit control governance
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
- Tertiary degree or diploma or equivalent industry qualifications;
- Minimium 8 year of relevant working experience in client and channel management in the Employee Benefits /Group Insurance;
- Possess M9, M5 & Health Insurance qualification with strong knowledge of Life and Health insurance landscape
- Strong analytical skill with knowledge on risk underwriting on group scheme
- Dynamic and driven to achieve business targets; and
- Possess People management, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrates alignment with the organisations core values through expected behaviours
