Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to support the growth and development of our Japanese market portfolio. This role involves business development, client relationship management, and recruitment activities involving Japanese-speaking clients and candidates across the region.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand hiring needs, provide recruitment support, and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development & Market Support

  • Support business growth initiatives for the Japanese market portfolio in Singapore and the region
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with Japanese companies and multinational corporations
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide market updates, hiring trends, and salary benchmarking insights to clients

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as a key point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Understand clients hiring and workforce requirements
  • Provide recruitment support and hiring solutions aligned with clients business needs
  • Maintain regular communication and engagement with clients

3. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage the recruitment process from job briefing to candidate placement
  • Source, screen, and coordinate suitable candidates for client requirements
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery of recruitment services
  • Support recruitment activities for mid-level to senior positions when required

4. Japanese Market Portfolio

  • Support recruitment activities involving Japanese-speaking clients and candidates
  • Coordinate with candidates and clients across the region for recruitment opportunities

5. Team Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Contribute to the development and growth of the Japanese market portfolio
  • Support team collaboration and knowledge sharing initiatives
  • Participate in improving recruitment processes and service delivery standards

    Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, sales, account management, or business development
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate in Japanese is preferred as the role may involve handling Japanese-speaking clients and candidates, reviewing Japanese-language documents and supporting business communications for the Japanese market portfolio
