We are seeking aManager, Product Rollout (Logistics)to serve as the liaison between logistics local business stakeholders and regional teams on one side, and our product team on the other side. You will be responsible for consolidating business needs, building structured business cases, and ensuring the smooth execution of go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across multiple functions and geographies.
Discovery & Analysis
- Engage with local business stakeholders and regional teams to gather product feedback, identify pain points, and receive feature requests
- Consolidate and prioritize input to identify high-impact opportunities
Business Case Development
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to build data-driven business cases
Go-To-Market Orchestration
- Lead the cross-functional rollout of product initiatives across Operations, Finance, Legal, PR, and Marketing
- Coordinate timelines, resources, and communications to ensure readiness across all teams
- Develop and maintain deployment playbooks, FAQs, and training materials
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact between the product and regional teams
- Maintain alignment across stakeholders through regular updates and checkpoints
- Track and report on rollout performance, adoption, and feedback
What you need to be successful
- 47 years of experience in product operations, program management, or product-related roles in a multi-region or global company
- Strong analytical and business acumen; able to translate qualitative and quantitative insights into recommendations
- Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and execute product rollouts, managing dependencies and ensuring alignment with operational requirements
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in fast-paced or matrixed environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, with experience managing complex deployments or rollouts
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Notion, and project management platforms (e.g. Asana)
- Experience in growth initiatives, pricing strategy, financial operations, and billing flows would be highly valuable
