Responsibilities
Plan and manage daily business operations and workflows.
Lead, coach, and supervise staff handle scheduling and performance reviews.
Set KPIs and monitor sales, productivity, costs, and service standards.
Manage budget, procurement, stock/inventory control, and vendor coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies, MOM/NEA/SCDF requirements (where applicable), and safety standards.
Handle customer feedback/complaints and improve service quality.
Prepare reports (sales, manpower, operations) and present to management.
Drive improvement projects and implement SOPs.
