Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Manager, People & Culture to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will oversee HR operations, drive employee engagement, and foster a positive workplace culture aligned with our organizational values and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs to support business objectives
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- Drive employee engagement, well-being, and culture-building initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance issues
- Oversee learning and development programs to build organizational capabilities
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support data-driven decision-making
- Manage compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to attract and retain talent
- Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on people and culture matters
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 58 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations in Singapore
- Proven experience in employee engagement, culture-building, and change management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- HR certification (e.g. SHRM, CIPD) is a plus
