Location: Singapore (On-site / Hybrid)

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and people-focused Manager, People & Culture to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will lead initiatives that shape our workplace culture, drive employee engagement, and support organizational growth. You will oversee HR operations, talent management, and employee relations, while fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with leadership to design and implement People & Culture strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Drive employee engagement, well-being, and organizational culture initiatives.
  • Lead HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement talent development and retention strategies.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs across the organization.
  • Provide guidance to managers on people-related matters, policies, and employment laws.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Lead change management initiatives and support organizational transformation.
  • Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company policies.
  • Mentor and develop the People & Culture team to deliver best-in-class HR services.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee engagement, and organizational culture building.
  • Solid understanding of Singapore labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and influence organizational outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
  • Experience in driving DEI and change management initiatives is a plus.
  • Fluency in English; additional Asian languages are an advantage.
  • Regional experience in SEA is preferred.
