Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Manager of Customer Success located in Singapore, with some work from home flexibility. The Manager of Customer Success will oversee client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Daily tasks include managing client relationships, analyzing customer feedback, driving engagement strategies, addressing concerns, and developing initiatives to optimize the customer experience. Collaboration with internal teams to improve services and outcomes will also be a key responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention to effectively manage client relationships and improve client fidelity.
  • Proficiency in Account Management to oversee customer accounts and ensure smooth communications and operations.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret customer feedback and data for actionable insights.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to interact effectively with clients and collaborate with team members.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement customer success strategies.
  • Experience in customer-centric roles is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is an advantage.
