Job Description

Supervise daily operatipons in dining area, ensuring all services run smooothly and meet quality standards
Recruit, hire, train, schedule and manage the performance of all food and beverage staffs
Manage and control inventory levels for food and beverages, order supplies and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability
Design and develop attractive menus, and oversee food preparation and other kitchen operations
Ensure customers are satisfied with both the food and service, and build relationships with regular customers
Ensure the establishment complies with all health, safety, and food safety regulations
Create and manage budgets for the F&B department
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for managing the team
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are needed to manage various aspects of the operations
Knowledge of budgeting, financial management and cost control is crucial for profitability
The ability to handle problems and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment
In depth knowledge of food and beverage regulations, food safety, and current industry trends
