Job Description

  • Supervise daily operatipons in dining area, ensuring all services run smooothly and meet quality standards
  • Recruit, hire, train, schedule and manage the performance of all food and beverage staffs
  • Manage and control inventory levels for food and beverages, order supplies and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability
  • Design and develop attractive menus, and oversee food preparation and other kitchen operations
  • Ensure customers are satisfied with both the food and service, and build relationships with regular customers
  • Ensure the establishment complies with all health, safety, and food safety regulations
  • Create and manage budgets for the F&B department
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential for managing the team
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are needed to manage various aspects of the operations
  • Knowledge of budgeting, financial management and cost control is crucial for profitability
  • The ability to handle problems and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • In depth knowledge of food and beverage regulations, food safety, and current industry trends
