Job Description
Investment Sourcing & Market Research
- Identify and evaluate early and growth stage blockchain technology companies across sectors such as payments, real world asset tokenization, infrastructure and enterprise solutions.
- Build relationships with founders, accelerators, and ecosystem partners
- Monitor regulatory developments, market trends and competitive landscapes
Investment Analysis & Due Diligence
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative due diligence on prospective investments
- Analyze business models, governance structures, and revenue mechanisms
- Build financial models, valuation analyses, and investment memos
- Assess technology architecture in collaboration with technical advisors
Deal Execution & Portfolio Support
- Support deal structuring, term sheet analysis, and investment committee processes
- Assist in post-investment portfolio support, including strategic planning and KPI tracking
- Coordinate with legal, compliance and external advisors
- Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Knowledge Development & Thought Leadership
- Contribute to research papers, market maps, and internal investment theses
- Stay current on blockchain standards and tools
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
- 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking or consulting
- Demonstrated understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 business models
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
