Strategic Growth & Corporate Development
- Support senior management in identifying and assessing strategic growth opportunities, including acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures and new business initiatives.
- Conduct market, industry and competitive analyses to identify emerging trends and investment themes.
- Evaluate expansion opportunities across new markets, business lines and adjacent industries.
Investment Evaluation & Execution
- Lead financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis for potential investment opportunities.
- Coordinate and manage commercial, financial and operational due diligence processes.
- Prepare investment papers, Board presentations and recommendation reports.
- Support transaction structuring, execution, negotiations and post-investment monitoring.
Post-Investment Monitoring
- Support post-investment monitoring of acquisitions, partnerships and strategic business holdings.
- Support capital allocation decisions and investment reviews.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with internal stakeholders including senior leadership, finance, legal and business teams.
- Build relationships with external advisors, financial institutions, investment partners and target companies.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and investment committees.
Special Projects
- Support selected strategic projects related to growth, partnerships, investments, business expansion and corporate planning.
- Assist with sector mapping, strategic reviews and long-term planning activities as required.
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Engineering or related disciplines.
- CFA, CAIA, MBA or other relevant professional qualifications will be advantageous.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in Corporate Development, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting, or Deal Advisory.
- Proven experience evaluating investments, acquisitions, strategic partnerships or new business opportunities.
- Experience managing or supporting due diligence and transaction execution processes.
- Exposure to real estate, infrastructure, construction, industrials, logistics or the broader built environment will be advantageous.
