Job Description

Strategic Growth & Corporate Development

  • Support senior management in identifying and assessing strategic growth opportunities, including acquisitions, partnerships, joint ventures and new business initiatives.
  • Conduct market, industry and competitive analyses to identify emerging trends and investment themes.
  • Evaluate expansion opportunities across new markets, business lines and adjacent industries.

Investment Evaluation & Execution

  • Lead financial modelling, valuation and investment analysis for potential investment opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage commercial, financial and operational due diligence processes.
  • Prepare investment papers, Board presentations and recommendation reports.
  • Support transaction structuring, execution, negotiations and post-investment monitoring.

Post-Investment Monitoring

  • Support post-investment monitoring of acquisitions, partnerships and strategic business holdings.
  • Support capital allocation decisions and investment reviews.

Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with internal stakeholders including senior leadership, finance, legal and business teams.
  • Build relationships with external advisors, financial institutions, investment partners and target companies.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and investment committees.

Special Projects

  • Support selected strategic projects related to growth, partnerships, investments, business expansion and corporate planning.
  • Assist with sector mapping, strategic reviews and long-term planning activities as required.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Engineering or related disciplines.
  • CFA, CAIA, MBA or other relevant professional qualifications will be advantageous.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in Corporate Development, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Management Consulting, or Deal Advisory.
  • Proven experience evaluating investments, acquisitions, strategic partnerships or new business opportunities.
  • Experience managing or supporting due diligence and transaction execution processes.
  • Exposure to real estate, infrastructure, construction, industrials, logistics or the broader built environment will be advantageous.
