The Innovation Office drives the design and implementation of National Healthy Population projects, the creation of a nation-wide platform to collect and contribute real-time and personalised biometric and wellness data, through the use of smart technological solutions such as wearables, artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning.

The Innovation Office aims to lead the next generation of health promotion by partnering with data and technology companies on cutting-edge co-innovations. Key technologies that are likely to be trialled in such projects span health-related wearable and sensor technology, data analytics, AI & machine learning, and behavioural science.

The Innovation Office also plays a central role in driving HPB's strategic initiatives in AI and digitalisation, working across internal stakeholders to align priorities and orchestrate implementation efforts.

[What you will be working on]

As a key member of the , we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to oversee programme operations, corporate health reporting, and partner coordination for HealthTrack SG programme. The role involves working closely with key internal and external partners, participating clinics, while driving operational excellence and supporting innovation pilots.

You will lead participant recruitment, onboarding and management enquiries/escalations, while periodically reviewing programme materials (e.g., FAQs, user guides, training guides) to ensure accuracy, clarity, and factual consistency as the programme evolves.

You will oversee logistics for corporate roadshows and community activation events.

You will serve as liaison between stakeholder clinics and HPB teams to triage and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.

You will work with data teams and partners to prepare aggregate-level corporate health reports.

You will support innovation proof-of-concepts and pilots by scanning the market, engaging vendors, and coordinating procurement and deployment of various health technologies.

[What we are looking for]

An ideal candidate will be a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 3 years of working experience in project coordination and operational management.

The candidate should possess:

  • Strong project coordination and operational management skills, with experience handling multiple stakeholders and vendors.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities, adept at resolving escalated issues diplomatically.

  • Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable with ambiguity in fast-paced environments.

  • Strategic awareness of digital health innovations and preventative healthcare prior experience in public health operations or transformation programmes is a plus.

  • Strong ability to distil and communicate concepts in a concise and coherent manner (written and oral)

  • Ability to work independently and as a team player with good planning and management skills towards achieving key deliverables.
