WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As a member of the Healthy Food & Dining team, you are to manage food grant schemes that will influence the national strategies towards helping Singapore residents to make healthier dietary choices.
Your role entails handling end-to-end grant management, which includes reviewing grant applications based on grant criteria, maintaining relevant documents, monitoring project progress and impact. You have to work with the administration team to process grant payments, and close off grant projects. You will also present grant proposals to the internal evaluation committee. You will do data collection and research, conduct performance analysis and recommend areas for improvement or expansion of grant categories. You will be responsible for organising events to promote healthier ingredients with partners at F&B settings.
You will act as the business consultant to :
Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure the robustness of the grant schemes during its development and reviews
Develop, implement and review the business grant schemes through working with businesses to incorporate healthier food options into their business model
Establish, monitor and manage processes for business grant schemes, review and tracking, governance and audit to ensure its continued sustainability and success

You should also possess the followings:
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in project management or large-scale programme administration roles, with proven experience and ability in the administration of grants, business operations, or similar large-scale partnership programmes, and in managing vendors or contractors.
Experience in new product development for consumer-packaged foods or in food service, food nutrition/ science related projects would be an advantage.
Possess strong relational and project management skills, be able to influence and effect change, garner resources, and manage people and projects independently.
In addition, having relevant qualifications in Dietetics, Food Nutrition, Food Science and Technology, or any related discipline/relevant experience will be an added advantage.
