- Drive workers safely between site, factory, and dormitory locations to ensure timely transportation
- Lead and manage a diverse team, including foreign workers, to maintain productivity and compliance
- Conduct daily site visits to assess and understand construction requirements and progress
- Oversee purchasing activities by sourcing from suppliers and managing deliveries to work sites within budget constraints
- Monitor site production activities and manage costs to optimize project efficiency
- Coordinate site management tasks and collaborate closely with main contractors to align project objectives
