. Oversee operations for high-volume flagship and large-format stores deliver strong sales, productivity, and service results.

. Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and teams build a strong talent pipeline and performance culture.

. Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, HR, and Logistics to ensure seamless execution across stores.

. Improve inventory flow, visual merchandising standards, customer experience, and operational processes.

. Ensure compliance with SOPs, audit requirements, safety standards, and loss-prevention policies.

. Support new store openings, major launches, and key retail initiatives.
