Education & Experience
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Management, or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in handbags, fashion accessories, or premium brands.
Prior experience in a supervisory or assistant management role is highly preferred.
Strong sales acumen with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Excellent understanding of luxury customer service standards and clienteling.
Experience in handling VIP clients and building long-term customer relationships.
Ability to analyze sales performance, KPIs, and inventory turnover.
Ability to support the Store Manager in daily operations and staff supervision.
Skilled in coaching, motivating, and developing sales associates.
Capable of managing staff scheduling, performance feedback, and daily briefings.
Acts as Manager-on-Duty when required.
Strong passion for luxury handbags, leather goods, and fashion trends.
Ability to deliver detailed product knowledge, craftsmanship, and brand storytelling to customers.
Ensure visual merchandising and brand presentation standards are consistently maintained.
Proficient in POS systems, stock management, and loss prevention.
Experience in inventory control, stock replenishment, and stocktake processes.
Ability to support pricing, promotions, and new product launches.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English additional languages (e.g., Mandarin) are an advantage.
Well-groomed, professional appearance aligned with luxury brand standards.
Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced retail environment.
