We are seeking a proactive, experienced, and hands-on Finance Manager to lead the finance operations of our Laos entity. The ideal candidate is expected to have 5-10 years of relevant experience, a strong initiative, and a startup mindset to drive and implement processes effectively in a dynamic environment. The candidate will be required to work full-time overseas in Laos.

Location: Laos (with reporting line to Singapore HQ)

Responsibilities

. Oversee and manage daily finance and accounting operations in compliance with local and group standards

. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly and annual financial reports in accordance with local GAAP and IFRS for consolidation purposes

. Act as the primary liaison with external auditors, tax authorities, and Singapore HQ on all finance, audit, and compliance matters

. Drive continuous improvements in accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting accuracy

. Coordinate and support the implementation of the new accounting system (Xero), including data migration, process alignment, and staff training

. Lead, mentor, and develop the local finance team to strengthen overall finance capabilities and performance

Requirements

. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline CPA/ACCA qualification preferred

. Minimum 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role

. Hands-on experience with accounting systems prior Xero implementation experience is an advantage

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders across different levels

. Willingness to be based in Laos and work closely with both local and regional teams

. Salary: $7,000 - $8,000
