Job Summary
Manage and coordinate retail and corporate interior fit-out projects to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external contractors to drive successful project outcomes.
What you do
- Lead on-site project management activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope
- Communicate effectively with contractors to define work scope, monitor progress, and adjust work schedules as needed
- Develop detailed quotations and job schedules to support project planning and execution
- Prepare and manage project budgets and billing processes to maintain financial control
- Coordinate tasks between internal teams and contractors to facilitate seamless project workflows
- Implement quality control measures and oversee contractor rectifications to meet established standards
- Monitor daily work progress and resolve issues proactively to maintain project momentum
- Verify on-site dimensions against design drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate closely with sales teams, clients, and suppliers to address project-related concerns and ensure stakeholder alignment
What we are looking for
- Diploma in Architecture, Building, Quantity Surveying, or related fields
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in retail or corporate office interiors or renovation industries
- Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset to drive project success
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively
- Ability to perform under tight schedules and pressure to meet project deadlines
- Applicants with more experience may be considered for a Managerial position
